Description du produit

A highly proficient, widely utilised, ‘O’-ring mounted, shaft directional dependent, conical spring mechanical seal. jj

Supplied as standard with a solid Stainless Steel head and a Carbon Type 12 stationary seat to suit non-DIN housing dimensions.

The head is an inserted design if a Carbide face is specified; all stationaries are monolithic.

The Vulcan Seals Type VT6 is a static-use variant of our Vulcan Seals Type VT2 which has been specifically designed and produced for man lids on tanks. Vulcan Seals Type VT6 is dense, square inter-braided from PAN fibres that are thoroughly impregnated with PTFE dispersion.

Increasing environmental awareness and legislation make consideration of the material, braid quality, and performance of tank lid packing of paramount importance. The Vulcan Seals Type VT6 is widely used in the static and road tank industry as a quality example of braided tank packing.
